Lifeguard Training Course (Blended/Hybrid eLearning)

It provides entry-level participants the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care for breathing and cardiac emergency injuries and sudden illnesses until EMS personnel take over.

Monday-Friday Apr 15th – Apr 19th, 2024; 9:00am - 2:00pm

Classes are offered to URI students, faculty, staff, and the local community. All courses are taught by American Red Cross-certified instructors.

*Courses for entry-level participants where upon completion, the student receives certification in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED
