Free state beach parking passes are available for disabled Rhode Island residents who meet certain requirements under Rhode Island State Law. Individuals must provide a current-year benefit verification letter verifying that they are collecting disability benefits with the Social Security Administration or a letter from the Veteran’s Administration stating that they are disabled due to a service-connected injury.
