Celebrate 150 years of the Eisenhower House with some holiday cheer!

Join in a self-guided tour of the historic Eisenhower House located in Fort Adams State Park in Newport, will from 10 AM – 2 PM every Saturday in December.

Built in 1873 by the renowned Newport architects George Champlin Mason & Sons, the historic Eisenhower House has been witness to 150 years of American history. This beautiful house served as President Dwight D. Eisenhower’s “Summer White House” in 1958 and 1960, was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1974, and was deeded into the Rhode Island State Parks system in 1965. Today this stately mansion commands breathtaking views of Newport Harbor and Narragansett Bay and serves as an event space that specializes in weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate functions, and so much more.
